Coaching
What Autism Coaching Looks Like
Coaching with me is a conversation, not a checklist. We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and hopes, and together we’ll build practical strategies that honor your neurotype and your unique context. I use a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach. There is no “fixing,” just supporting you in moving toward the life you want. Sessions might include brainstorming accommodations, practicing self-advocacy, troubleshooting workplace or school barriers, or simply making space to be seen and heard. Sometimes there are resources and homework; sometimes there’s just listening. Always, there’s respect for who you are.
Who It’s For
My coaching is for neurodivergent teens and adults, parents, caregivers, and anyone (diagnosed or not) who wants support navigating life, work, or school in a world that doesn’t always make it easy. If you’re looking to strengthen skills around executive functioning, self-determination, self-efficacy, or self-advocacy, you’ll find a welcoming space here. I also work with allies and professionals who want to learn how to better support the neurodivergent people in their lives.
What To Expect
Expect a coaching experience that centers your strengths, your voice, and your lived realities. Our sessions are collaborative and rooted in respect and curiosity. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the table, and I believe in progress over perfection. We’ll name what’s hard, celebrate what’s working, and set goals that actually feel meaningful to you. This is a space for honesty, humor, and growth.
